Vivek Singh

Founder

Vivek Singh founded Phoenix Commercial Finance in 2022, at a point when a large number of established UK businesses were unable to secure funding through traditional channels. He leads the firm's strategic direction and its lender partnerships, and remains directly involved in client transactions, personally handling complex and time sensitive cases. Under his leadership Phoenix has grown across two brands and was named Broker of the Year at the 2026 Business Moneyfacts Awards.

Ashwin Kaimal

Operations Director

Ashwin Kaimal has ten years of experience in the UK fintech sector and serves as Operations Director at Phoenix Commercial Finance. He is responsible for the firm's end to end operations, including recruitment and training, sales performance, lender relationship management, and the processes governing a case from initial enquiry through to completion. His focus is on operational consistency and turnaround times across the brokerage.

Suvi Bridgit

Business Development Manager

Suvitha Bridgit is a Business Development Manager at Phoenix Commercial Finance, where she brings in clients for short term and long-term lending, including business solutions and mortgages. She has nine years of experience across sales, customer service and HR. Her career began in HR and administration in India before she moved to the UK, where she spent four years as a Claims Advisor at Charterhouse Claims, qualifying clients, handling enquiries and converting prospects. Her earlier sales experience includes membership sales at LA Fitness and consumer sales at My Tutor. Suvitha also runs her own life coaching practice and holds a master’s in psychology and CBT Level 5 certification, which informs her focus on understanding what clients need and building lasting relationships.

Mitali B has over 17 years of overall professional experience. She joined Phoenix Commercial Finance as Dialler & MIS Manager on 1 May 2023. She oversees data strategy, management information and performance reporting, using commercial insights to improve efficiency, identify opportunities and support business growth.
